Managing pick-up times and tracking deliveries can be time-consuming and error-prone. OIDO simplifies the process:

Based on the customer’s location, OIDO automatically shows whether pick-up, delivery, or both options are available.
You decide if customers can choose their own pick-up time, depending on the sales zone.
Set delivery conditions by postcode and product weight.
OIDO calculates the total weight of the order and applies the correct delivery fee.

Examples of how it works:

You work with a lunchtime bike courier who can deliver to 3 customers every 15 minutes within your postcode. OIDO only displays the available time slots.
For customers outside your postcode area, you offer postal delivery. OIDO shares the estimated delivery time, collects the shipping info, and calculates postage.
You also serve certain business clients on account. OIDO registers their orders and automatically generates a delivery note in PDF format.
