Last year, two young women founded the start-up ‘Ankla Korean Food’ in the centre of Barcelona. Their product is the Korean corn dog, a baked version of the hot dog, which is filled with either mozzarella or sausage, coated in batter and deep-fried. The highlight is the homemade sauces. The Korean corn dogs are served on skewers or in a tasting box.
The young, international crowd uses the OIDO menu as a matter of course. The founders use Instagram to draw their customers' attention to ANKLA and can offer them their products immediately. A first branch has already been set up.

The menu, optimised for mobile phones, is easy to read and self-explanatory. Customers do not need to download an app, provide personal data or register.
